Role Overview

The Property Manager is a key role within our organization, responsible for the day-to-day management of a portfolio of developments. This includes managing service charge expenditure, preparing budgets, and overseeing the financial health of the development.

As a Property Manager, you will be working closely with our Facilities Management Team to secure best value for money in contracted services. You will also be responsible for advising and guiding colleagues on issues related to service charge recovery and ground rent arrears.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage service provision to Landlords, Management Companies, and Leaseholders
  • Exercise judgment on maintenance requirements, ensuring availability of funds before works are committed
  • Act as primary point of contact for clients and leaseholders
  • Liaise with the Facilities Management Team regarding cyclical and planned maintenance
  • Interpret, manage, and enforce Management agreements/leases
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in property management (ideally 3 years)
  • A good understanding of property management procedures and relevant legislation
  • An understanding of the RICS Service Charge Residential Management Code
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good IT literacy skills
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package, including an estimated £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. As well as a comprehensive benefits package, including pension scheme, life assurance, and annual leave entitlement.
