Job Description
As a Qualified Social Worker for our Duty Team in Wigan, you will be part of a fast-paced environment where you will work on one of five duty teams, rotating every five weeks. Your role will involve working with children and families, using a strengths-based practice model to achieve positive change. With significant experience in social work practice, you will support colleagues in delivering consistently good social work practice.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in initial child protection case conferences, first CLA reviews, and PLO meetings as part of the duty service.
- Engage in case transfer points, including the third CIN meeting, with varying complexity cases.
