Mammalian Cell Line Developer

Cranleigh STEM, Sustainability & SHEQ Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated Mammalian Cell Line Developer to join their team. As an Analytical Development Scientist, you will be responsible for developing and executing analytical methodologies to characterise antibody titre and CQAs, as well as contributing to the development of mammalian expression systems and cell lines.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in molecular biology, with expertise in techniques such as PCR, qRT-PCR, Western Blot, ELISA, and FACS. You will also have experience in working with bioprocess relevant cell lines, such as CHO or HEK293, and familiarity with mammalian cell line development, including generation of GM/GE cell lines, single cell cloning, and CRISPR/ORF library screens.
This is a full-time position with an estimated salary of £58,000 - £68,000 per annum. We offer a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities, a collaborative work environment, and a competitive salary package.
