Job Title: Administrative Support Lead

Job Description

ENGINEERINGUK seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the position of Administrative Support Lead. The successful candidate will provide essential support to the Regs and Assurance Director and wider team, focusing on regulatory and assurance-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the Regulatory Affairs, Outcomes & Governance, and Risk & Compliance teams.
  • Assist the Director, Heads, and wider team with strategic planning and prioritization.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports for management.
  • Update the department's work planner, ensuring all key company events are documented.
  • Manage routine regulatory duties, including security access and on-call rota arrangements.
  • Coordinate regulatory reporting requirements for the Gambling Commission.
  • Gather information on player complaints escalated to the regulator.
  • Support with risk and compliance duties, including meeting arrangements and coordination.
  • Utilize Microsoft 365 packages for communication and task management.

Benefits Package: We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a salary range of £35,000 to £45,000 per annum, based on experience and qualifications.
