About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Systems Trials Team Leader to join our team at Anson McCade. As a key member of our Eurofighter Typhoon Radar Equipment Design Responsibility (EDR) team, you will be responsible for leading and managing the trials and analysis phase of multiple radar programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Test Programs: Manage and support comprehensive ground and flight test programs for a range of advanced radar products, ensuring rigorous adherence to test requirements.
  • Data Governance and Analysis: Oversee the secure management and transfer of trials data across European partners and suppliers. Lead data analysis efforts to identify key improvements and steer future enhancements.
  • Customer Interaction: Provide clear and insightful briefings to customers on program progress, using flight data to demonstrate system maturity and operational readiness.
  • Collaborative Operations: Work closely with aircrew and technical advisors to deliver accurate operational assessments and contribute valuable insights to customer reviews and system problem reports.
Requirements
  • Educational Background: A degree in a STEM field or equivalent relevant experience, with a focus on Systems Engineering preferred.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of avionic systems and radar technology. Experience with MATLAB is advantageous.
  • Communication & Leadership: Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team. A proactive, problem-solving mindset is crucial.
  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
