Search, a market leader in Dundee, is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to provide professional administrative support to the management team and wider business.

Working Hours:
M-F 8.30 - 5, with a 4pm finish every Friday
Fully office-based, with free parking.

About the Role:

  • Collate payroll data for accurate monthly payrolls on time
  • Prepare reporting requirements as necessary, including end of month stats and dashboard data
  • Maintain employee files and filing system
  • Sickness Absence reporting and return to work interviews
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and HR-related queries

Requirements:

  • Adaptability
  • Excellent communication skills and internal relationship building
  • Confidence in taking ownership of employee queries and resolving
  • Experience within an HR role
  • Excellent attention to detail and MS Office skills, particularly Excel

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and be able to maintain confidentiality. We offer a competitive salary of £28,000.
