Job Description: Support Officer - Customer Experience

We are looking for an experienced Support Officer to join our Customer Experience team at Hays Business Support. As a key member of our support function, you will be responsible for managing correspondence, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to customer correspondence in a timely and professional manner
  • Liaise with customers over the phone to resolve queries and provide solutions
  • Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of processes and procedures to improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with MS Office software and electronic filing systems
