Correspondence and Customer Support Professional:
Hays Business Support is seeking a Correspondence and Customer Support Professional to join our team. As a key member of our customer support function, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients through prompt and professional handling of correspondence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer correspondence in a timely and efficient manner
- Liaise with customers via phone to resolve queries and provide solutions
- Prioritize work to ensure effective time management and meet deadlines
- Maintain accurate electronic filing systems to ensure seamless communication
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various organizations to facilitate smooth operations
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer service environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
- Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with electronic filing systems and MS Office software
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience
