Our Client are a growing, dynamic East Midlands Accountancy Firm who are looking for an experienced Administrator to join the team at their Mansfield office. They offer a open and friendly work culture, with a host of benefits.

The role is office based across 4/5 days and flexible between 30 -34 hours.

As a the central Office Administrator/Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact either by phone or in person for the Organisation. Your friendly demeanour, excellent communication skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously will contribute to creating a positive experience for visitors and clients. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of the office by providing administrative support and ensuring efficient communication within the organisation.

We are looking for someone who has previous experience of reception duties, prior experience in a professional practice is advantageous but not a requirement. You will also be able to keep within deadlines and manage your workload appropriately. You will be able to work as part of a team as well as on your own initiative. A good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.

Day to day responsibilities include:

- Manning reception switchboard, answering phones to help deal with client queries, re-directing or taking messages in a timely manner.
- Greeting and welcoming visitors and offering refreshments.
- Keeping reception area and meeting rooms tidy and presentable.
- Dealing incoming and outgoing post
- Manage client record files and booking in and out client records
- Diary management
- Check office supplies and order stocks as required.
- Other administrative miscellaneous duties.
- General administration support for the office, managers and wider team.
