Office Administrator
- Welcoming visitors and directing them to the relevant office/personnel
- Co-ordinating and managing appointments
- Performing tasks such as invoicing, monitoring accounts and budget tracking
- Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files and other files related to the company’s operations
- Purchasing office supplies
- Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities and equipment
- Order processing
- Labelling
- Despatch

**Requirements**:

- Experience working in a Warehouse office environment desirable
- Demonstrated Administration Experience (preferred)
- Must be a confident, clear communicator with a friendly personality
- Be a team player with the ability to be self sufficient
- Previous experience in the food industry advantageous but not essential
- Competent in Microsoft Packages - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint (IT Savvy)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work completed
- Strong Literacy and Numeracy
- Resilient, can-do attitude.

Hours:
4-5 days a week, 8-1pm or even 9 -1pm

£12 per hour.
