The team at Advantage Engineering Solutions is growing and as a result, we need to recruit an Office Administrator.
As an important member of our small, friendly team you would be dealing with various activities including sales, despatch, production and purchasing.
The right person will be encouraged to help develop and the implement new process to build a culture of continual improvements.

Duties to include:
- Processing purchase invoices/delivery notes
- Issuing purchase orders
- Liaise with Workshop Supervisor re: materials, delivery, job progress
- Time sheet processing/ booking hours to jobs
- Payroll and pay slips
- Processing new customer details
- Supporting BS EN 1090 EXC2 compliance
- Chasing late payments
- Document storage
- Recording credit card statements and receipts
- Processing staff holidays
- Invoicing completed work
- Updating creditors/debtors
The role is flexible, requiring roughly 15-20 hours per week to be worked over 3 to 4 days. The days and hours can be negotiated.
There may well be scope to increase the hours above as the role develops and the business grows.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £12.00-£13.65 per hour

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

- Administrative experience: 10 years (required)
