**HD Employment Group** are seeking an office administrator to work in our clients busy office. Our client is a leading player in the food production industry, dedicated to delivering high-quality, delicious food products to their customers.

Our client is one of the largest food manufacturers in Mansfield.
Established in 1982 we serve the whole of the UK with our delicious products that we innovate and manufacture in our purpose built factory.
Due to their continuous growth, we are looking for the perfect person to join the office team.
Situated in a contemporary and vibrant setting, you'll be dedicating approximately 90% of your time collaborating closely with the team and customers on Purchase ledgers.
The remaining 10% will be allocated to Sales ledgers, primarily during holiday seasons and in instances of absence.
Your outstanding communication skills and multi-tasking mindset will ensure seamless operations, foster strong relationships with colleagues and clients, and contribute significantly to their team's daily success.
**Your Key Responsibilities**
- Ensuring purchase orders are entered in a timely accurate manner.
- Coordinate with other areas of the business regarding goods in and out.
- Updating Excel spreadsheets.
- Inputting data into SAP.
- Prioritising the importance of workload.
- Booking Goods in.
- Making sure purchase payments are up to date.
- Working alongside the directors.
**Minimum Requirements.**
- Experience with Purchase Ledger and processing supplier payments.
- Familiarity with sales ledger.
- Experience in placing and receiving orders.
- Skills in scheduling deliveries.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with our customers, wholesalers, and manufacturers.
- Good with computers, including Microsoft Windows and Office 365.
- Knowledge of Sage and SAP would be advantageous, but not essential as training will be given.
