Office Administrator

**Duties**:
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Maintain organized physical and digital filing systems
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Previous experience in a similar role within the office or admin is essential
- **Attention to Detail**: Must have a keen eye for detail to accurately assess the quality of products.
- **Team Player**: Capable of working collaboratively with a diverse team to achieve common goals
**Skills**:
- Strong clerical skills including typing, data entry, and phone etiquette
- Knowledge of Google Suite for office productivity
- Excellent organizational abilities to maintain a tidy workspace
- Prior experience in an administrative role is preferred
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
**Pay rate**: £11.44ph
