Our team is seeking a Patient Scheduling Coordinator to join our Outpatient Call Centre at St Helier Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for arranging patients' outpatient appointments and providing exceptional customer service via telephone, email, and online platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate patient appointments across the Trust
  • Respond to patients' and relatives' telephone enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Use effective communication styles to ensure excellent customer service

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be required to make decisions independently and as part of a team to ensure seamless appointment arrangements.

We estimate that this role will pay between £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.
