We are seeking a highly skilled Adoption Panel Advisor to join our team at Ackerman Pierce Ltd. As a key member of our Adoption Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the best interests of children and families are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert evidence in court proceedings
  • Conduct thorough assessments of children, families, and carers
  • Work collaboratively with the Adoption Team to achieve successful outcomes
  • Supervise and mentor colleagues to ensure high-quality service delivery

Requirements:

  • 5 years of recent adoption experience
  • Ability to advise Agency Decision Makers on best interest decisions
  • Strong knowledge of the new Kinship strategy
  • Experience in fostering and adoption panel work
  • SWE Registration
  • 5 years post-qualifying experience within the UK
  • Enhanced DBS/CRB
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
