Adoption Panel Advisor Role

We are seeking an experienced Adoption Panel Advisor to join our team at Ackerman Pierce Ltd in Buckinghamshire. As an Adoption Panel Advisor, you will play a crucial role in supporting the adoption process and ensuring the best interests of children are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert advice to Agency Decision Makers on best interest decisions
  • Assess children, families, and carers to determine the most suitable placement
  • Work collaboratively with the adoption team to ensure a smooth and efficient process
  • Supervise and support social workers to ensure high-quality practice
Requirements:
  • 5 years of recent adoption experience
  • Strong knowledge of the new Kinship strategy
  • Ability to QA paperwork for the fostering and adoption panels
  • Enhanced DBS/CRB registration
  • Eligibility to work in the UK
