The key responsibilities of this role include creating and maintaining customer databases, scheduling appointments, making outbound contact to confirm appointments, and providing customer service support. This role also requires a good understanding of the sales process and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information.
- Schedule appointments for customers in a timely manner.
- Make outbound contact to confirm appointments and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service support to customers.
- Follow up with customers after appointments to gauge satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.
- Nurture leads from cold into buyers through effective communication and relationship-building.
Requirements:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including fluency in English.
