Business Development Manager and Appointment Maker

Successful company who operate world wide seeks an experienced Business Development Manager who can speak to key decision makers and ultimately gain an appointment for one of the BDM's to visit them They are a a leading logistics provider that offers a wide range of services to businesses of all sizes with a proven track record of success in helping businesses grow their sales and reach new markets

You will work within an established team based across the UK and your remit would be to prospect key decision makers and target companies to make an introduction and appointment for the BDM's.

This is a great opportunity to join and growing, successful business and earn some great commission. Established, supportive management team in place. Your success is their success

Would suit applicants who have at least 6-12 months B2B Sales experience. Have the skill to be able to build rapport quickly with key decision makers and having previous solution style selling experience, be a great initial ambassador for the team. 360 sales experience ideal, from prospecting, appointment making and selling direct to prospect.

Your base will be the office in Denton and there is some flexibility offered around hybrid working

Basic Salary £30-35k + commission - Monday
- Friday

**Duties**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive company growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and key stakeholders
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets

**Experience**:

- Proven track record in business development or sales role
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM software
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Experience in conducting market research and competitor analysis
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
