Salary - £21 - £24k with OTE up to £40k

Immediate start date

Manchester based, in our brand new showroom

Handling daily inbound and outbound sales enquiries from potential clients that are generated from social media led campaigns

Giving advice, guidance and explanation of the business and our process, whilst continually reassuring clients of our discretion and professionalism

Booking of appointments for our experienced sales team, ensuring the logistics of areas for each day are well planned

Managing outbound calls to engage prospects, understand their needs, and introduce our products and services effectively

Building rapport with commercial and domestic clients, developing strong and meaningful relationships with prospects by demonstrating a deep understanding of their challenges and presenting tailored solutions

Maintaining and updating our CRM system to track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities

Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the company’s revenue growth

Understanding of our products and services as well as keeping up to date with industry trends, and competitors to ensure we stay ahead of the market

Working closely with the wider sales teams and other departments to ensure a cohesive and coordinated approach to sales strategies

**Skills Required**:
Experienced, with at least one year in a similar administrative role with prior sales experience

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Confident with great telephone manners

Brilliant relationship building skills

Flexible and enjoy working in a high pace, fast moving and changing environment

Commitment, drive and self motivation

Results-driven and understand the of importance of reporting on performance

Excellent organisation skills and the ability to well manage your own time and diary

Resilient and able to work under high pressure

Adaptable to change

Excellent time and people management skills

A proven track record of exceeding targets and working to KPI's.

Energy, drive, determination, commitment and ambition

**Salary**: £21,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
