Cambian is seeking a dedicated Registered Manager to lead our Children’s Home in Shrewsbury. As a key member of our CSE services team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to young people.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Comprehensive Care Planning: Develop tailored plans that address each young person's care, education, social, emotional, cultural, therapeutic, and health needs.
  • Foster Consultation: Establish systems to consult with young people about their care.
  • Handling Complaints and Concerns: Take ownership of addressing any complaints or child protection concerns.
  • Participating in Meetings: Attend and contribute to care planning and review meetings as necessary.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a position related to residential care of children.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role within the last 5 years.
  • Driving license
