Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at Nine Feet Tall. As a key member of our People Operations team, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our business growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and engage top talent
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding
- Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their recruitment needs
- Source and engage candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks
- Conduct interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates for our roles
- Collaborate with our HR team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires
About You
We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual with a passion for recruitment and talent acquisition. You will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
