About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Recruitment Specialist to join our People team at Wessex Water. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will play a vital part in ensuring our 'direct' recruitment channels are maximised, our employer brand stands out from the crowd, and we continue to attract talented people for our business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead on all recruitment activity, including advising on recruitment campaigns, appropriate attraction channels, and selection methods.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet business needs.
  • Manage the preferred supplier list of agencies, the relationships with job boards, and take responsibility for all other recruitment activity such as open days and careers fairs.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to recruit the best possible people for their part of the business.

Requirements

  • Experience working in a similar sector or in an environment where you have recruited across multiple disciplines.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of attraction channels, including a range of job boards.
  • The passion and energy to make an impact.
  • A commitment to driving efficiencies and improvements.
