Your key responsibilities will include:

- Expertise in sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- Job evaluation
- Compliant selection
- Hiring manager guidance
You will work closely with our Head of People & Culture to develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with our business needs.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have prior experience in a recruitment role, either internal or agency side. You will be skilled at sourcing and engaging candidates directly, using LinkedIn Recruiter, and building candidate pipelines to supplement applications.
You will be passionate about people and want to be a positive part of their professional journey. You will understand the importance of cultural add and be genuinely curious about what the candidate is looking for in their next role.
