About the Job:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Front Desk Assistant to join our team at our hotel in Woking, Surrey. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience from start to finish.
Main Responsibilities:
- Ensure first-class presentation, exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and a friendly personality when interacting with guests.
- Work closely with the reservations department to book rooms and ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Develop your skills through our outstanding training and development schemes to further your career.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year's previous experience as a Receptionist in a hotel environment.
- An excellent attitude and willingness to learn and develop your career.
- Good team spirit and ability to work collaboratively as part of a strong team.
