Job Title: Hotel Guest Services Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Front Desk Assistant to join our team at our hotel in Woking, Surrey. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide warm and welcoming greetings to all guests upon arrival and departure.
  • Greet people, fully check-in and check-out guests, take hotel payments, assist the reservations department with bookings, and ensure the best guest experience from the first point of contact.
  • Strive for excellence, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience from start to finish.
  • Maintain a positive, can-do attitude, even during extremely busy periods.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year's previous experience as a Receptionist in a hotel environment.
  • An excellent attitude and willingness to learn and develop your career.
  • Good team spirit and ability to work collaboratively as part of a strong team.

Working Conditions:

This role is based in our elegant mansion hotel in the beautiful countryside of Surrey, surrounded by green gardens and only a few minutes from the centre of Woking. You will be working within a stylish environment with a flat-screen TV, work desk, luxury modern bathrooms with complimentary toiletries, and high-speed Wi-Fi available throughout.

About the Benefits:

We offer an attractive salary package, including a salary of approximately £26,800 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as accommodation provided (where applicable) and opportunities for career development through our outstanding training and development schemes.
