ESG Sustainability Manager

This leading global firm is looking for a skilled ESG Sustainability Manager to join their team. As a key member of the procurement and operations department, you will collaborate with diverse stakeholders, drive strategic initiatives, and contribute to the firm's operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with global stakeholders to champion vendor diversity, drive sustainability initiatives, and achieve net-zero targets.
- Risk Management: Play a pivotal role in identifying and mitigating environmental and human rights risks within the supply chain.
- Net Zero Initiatives: Lead the charge on sustainability projects by collecting and analysing data, implementing strategic plans, and reducing emissions across our operations and supply chains.
- Sustainability Reporting: Oversee sustainability data management, benchmark performance metrics, and compile detailed reports to track and communicate progress towards our goals.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Degree or experience in sustainability or diversity is beneficial but not essential. Relevant Sustainability / Net Zero qualifications are also a bonus.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Strong numeracy skills with the ability to analyse data and draw insightful conclusions.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage relationships with local and global teams, especially in strategic sourcing, product finance, communications, and business functions.
