About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales Consultant - High-Growth Sectors to join our team at CBSbutler.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our clients in the high-growth sectors of Engineering, Cyber, Automation, Renewables, Cloud, and Data.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage and expand our client relationships to ensure a steady flow of opportunities.
  • Place highly skilled candidates into contract and permanent roles across various industry sectors.
  • Drive new business development, leveraging existing relationships and identifying new prospects.
  • Manage and grow your contract book while maintaining a solid network of industry professionals.
  • Foster a collaborative environment, providing leadership and guidance to junior team members.
