Sales Operations Coordinator

Sales Administrator is a pivotal role within Owen Daniels Consultancy, and we are seeking an exceptional candidate to fill this position. The ideal candidate will possess experience in sales administration, preferably in manufacturing or engineering.
The successful candidate will be responsible for screening and logging customer enquiries, including phone calls and emails. They will assign sales enquiries/opportunities to relevant sales team members, log and process orders on the system, and ensure timely shipment of customer orders.
Liaising with stores personnel is also a crucial aspect of this role, as they will monitor CRM data for accuracy and update it as needed. Additionally, they will make travel arrangements for the Sales Team.
This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and can effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously. If you have a strong background in administration recordkeeping practices, proficiency with CRM software, and Microsoft Office, we encourage you to apply.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including Bupa membership after probation, 4% pension contributions with salary sacrifice option, flexible working hours, and enhanced paternity and maternity pay. You will also enjoy 25 days' holiday increasing to 28 days with service, 8 bank holidays, and free parking on site.
