We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group. As a key member of our Care in the Home division, you will play a vital role in supporting children with complex health needs to live at home with their families.

About the Role:

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our young clients and their families. As a Children's Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to children with complex health needs in their own homes. Your duties will include:

  • Monitoring and supporting the child in their own home in the evening
  • Providing personal care, medication management, and moving and handling
  • Managing clinical equipment and ensuring the child's safety and well-being

Requirements:
