About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker for Children to join our team at Active Care Group. As a key member of our Care in the Home division, you will play a vital role in supporting children with complex health needs to live at home with their families.

Key Responsibilities

As a Support Worker for Children, you will be responsible for providing personal care, medication management, and clinical equipment support to our young clients in their own homes. You will work closely with our clinical and business leadership teams to ensure the highest standards of care are delivered.
