Support a Child with Complex Health Needs in Their Own Home

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Children's Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group, the leading provider of complex care. As a key member of our Care in the Home division, you will play a vital role in supporting children with complex health needs to live at home with their families.

About the Role

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the life of a child. As a Children's Support Worker, you will be responsible for monitoring and supporting the child in their own home in the evening. This will involve personal care, medication, moving and handling, and managing clinical equipment.
