In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented and dedicated team of care professionals who share our commitment to delivering exceptional care and support. You will be responsible for planning and implementing personalized care plans that promote the independence, dignity, and security of our residents, while working closely with our care team to deliver high-quality care and support. Your expertise and knowledge will be invaluable in helping us to deliver outstanding care and making a real difference in the lives of our residents.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a close-knit team. You will also need to be flexible and adaptable, able to respond to changing situations and priorities as needed. As a Senior Care Assistant with HC-One, you can expect a competitive salary of £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience. In addition to your salary, you will receive a range of benefits, including free uniform, paid enhanced DBS/PVG, company pension scheme, 28 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays, and access to a range of employee discounts and wellbeing initiatives. We also offer a comprehensive training program, which includes safeguarding training and opportunities for career development and progression.
