Position Overview: To expand our reach in the UK and Northern Europe, we are seeking a remote-based Senior Enterprise Account Executive (m/f/x).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Enterprise Sales team, including the Northern Europe Sales Director and VP Sales, alongside Pre-Sales Engineers and Business Development colleagues, to cultivate a robust customer base in the UK and Northern Europe.
  • Proactively identify and engage potential enterprise clients (organizations with over 1000 employees), presenting our innovative testing solutions to key decision-makers.
  • Oversee the complete sales cycle, from initial outreach to negotiation and successful deal closure, with support from the business development team.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients, coordinating with internal Solution Delivery Managers to ensure optimal testing solutions are delivered.
  • Represent Applause at international trade shows and virtual events.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales of digital industry products or solutions, preferably within a SaaS or IT context.
  • A proven track record of consistently achieving or surpassing annual sales targets.
  • Expertise in lead identification and qualification, with the ability to engage the right stakeholders and build lasting client relationships.
  • Strong negotiation, strategic account planning, and communication skills, particularly at the C-level.
  • Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies; experience with MEDDICC or Sandler methodologies is advantageous.
  • Motivated and driven, with a keen interest in the latest trends in the digital landscape.
  • Exceptional customer orientation, with the ability to tailor responses to client needs.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, with proven experience managing multiple stakeholders.
