About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Lincolnshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust as a Social Work Assistant. As a key member of our Community Social Care Resource, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our service users.
Main Responsibilities
As a Social Work Assistant, you will be responsible for implementing care plans and care packages for service users experiencing severe mental illness and/or mental health problems. You will work under the supervision of a Social Worker and be managed by one of our Social Care Team's Team Coordinators.
Key Qualifications and Experience
We are looking for candidates with a strong background in care and support work, preferably with experience in mental health settings. You will need to have a good understanding of risk assessment principles and be able to communicate effectively with service users, colleagues, and external agencies.
