About The Role

We are seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Life Practitioner to join our team at Kisimul Group Limited, providing essential support to individuals with severe learning disabilities and complex needs.

As a Life Practitioner, you will play a key role in helping them live fulfilling, independent lives by assisting them in daily activities and accompanying them on trips into the community.

The successful candidate will be a strong team player, resilient, and confident in their ability to ask for support when needed. They will also possess excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as computer literacy.

Responsibilities include assisting with practical tasks relating to care, creating positive relationships with the young adults, and maintaining accurate and clear record keeping.
