Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Complaints Resolution Specialist to join our team at The Recruitment Co. As a Complaints Handler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional customer service and that their complaints are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound customer service complaint calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Deliver timely responses to customers via email or phone, ensuring that their concerns are addressed and resolved.
  • Prioritize and clear the queue of customer complaints, ensuring that all issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Provide clear and concise information to customers, using sound judgment and empathy to resolve complex issues.
  • Work in line with company standards and service level agreements, using in-house systems to log calls and amendments.
Requirements:
  • Strong customer service experience, with a proven track record of resolving complaints and issues.
  • Desirable experience in Complaint Handling and/or Life & Pensions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Good PC skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office, with attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality written communication.
Working Environment:

This is a full-time, permanent contract position, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. The successful candidate will be based in a dynamic and supportive team environment, with opportunities for growth and development.
