About the Role:

Austin Fraser is seeking an experienced Technical Customer Support Professional to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to customers, developing and implementing testing plans and procedures, and contributing to the development of test plans and procedures for hardware products.

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
  2. Develop and implement testing plans and procedures to ensure products meet required standards.
  3. Compile reports and enter them onto PDM, ensuring accurate and timely information.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in technical support or testing related role.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  5. Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
  6. UK driving licence and GCSE maths and English qualifications or equivalent.
