Technical Customer Support Professional

Austin Fraser is seeking an experienced Technical Customer Support Professional to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality technical support to customers, developing and implementing testing plans and procedures, and contributing to the development of test plans and procedures for hardware products.
Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Develop and implement testing plans and procedures to ensure products meet required standards.
- Compile reports and enter them onto PDM, ensuring accurate and timely information.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Proven experience in technical support or testing related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software applications.
- UK driving licence and GCSE maths and English qualifications or equivalent.
- Up to £35,000 per annum based on location and experience.
