About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen team at Toby Carvery. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for driving culinary excellence and ensuring that our guests receive an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Kitchen Management: Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food ordering, preparation, and stock control.
  • Menu Development: Work with our culinary team to create and maintain a branded menu that meets our high standards.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that your team conforms to all health and hygiene regulations, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements
