About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Executive Chef to lead our culinary team and drive the delivery of exceptional food experiences across our hospitality estate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive culinary strategy that aligns with our business objectives and enhances our reputation for quality and excellence.
  • Lead a team of chefs to deliver consistent high-quality food, ensuring compliance with the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and presentation.
  • Collaborate with operations, commercial, purchasing, and HR teams to drive business growth, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a talented pool of chefs, fostering a culture of innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement business plans, ensuring alignment with our company's vision and values.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success as a Group Executive Chef or equivalent role, with a strong background in hospitality and culinary leadership.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the hospitality industry, including market trends, customer preferences, and competitor analysis.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and drive business growth.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a focus on quality, consistency, and innovation.
