Executive Head Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Head Chef to join our team at a prestigious 5-star hotel in Newcastle. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for managing a talented team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in a similar standard of kitchen, with experience working to a 2-3 rosette standard and managing in a high-pressure environment. You will also have experience in high-quality banqueting and working in a fresh food-led environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a talented team in a prestigious kitchen
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of high-quality dishes
- Develop and implement menus to meet the needs of our discerning guests
- Ensure excellent kitchen management, including H&S, HACCP, wastage control, labour costs, and menu costing
