Executive Head Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Head Chef to join our team at a prestigious 5-star hotel in Newcastle. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for managing a talented team in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
The ideal candidate will have a proven background in a similar standard of kitchen, with experience working to a 2-3 rosette standard and managing in a high-pressure environment. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation, as well as managing kitchen operations, including H&S, HACCP, wastage control, labour costs, and menu costing.
