Business Development and Performance Lead

A charismatic business builder is sought after to enhance customer success through Technical Thought Leadership.
- Develop and execute programs leveraging AWS Field teams, technology, and consulting partner channels.
- Collaborate with AWS Product and Technical teams to craft solutions addressing customer needs, including reference architectures, patterns, automation, and release plans.
- Partner with Marketing to design and align digital marketing campaigns to drive awareness and demand.
- Own the Go-To-Market strategy and execution for Accelerated Compute in Startup ANZ, working closely with Sales, Partners, Marketing, and other Specialists.
- 5+ years of experience in High Performance Computing, AI/ML, Math, Quantum Information Systems and Technologies, or similar accelerated computing technologies.
- Bachelor's Degree Required.
- Startup background and experience at a VC or PE-backed firm in a Product, BD, or Sales Executive capacity.
- Established track record of building rapport with Startup executives and closing strategic deals.
- Familiarity with open-source software used by Startups and working knowledge of software development tools and methodologies.
- Strong data-based storytelling skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with Startup executives and developers.
- Advanced degree highly preferred, especially an MBA or MS in CS or Engineering.
