The Job:We're looking for a talented Senior Performance Manager to join our team and help drive growth for our clients. As a Senior Performance Manager, you'll be responsible for reviewing campaign structures, conducting deep dives to support regular audits and analytical deliverables, and working closely with clients and our Performance Director to develop partnerships and implement Google/Meta/Other Betas/Extensions.
You'll also be responsible for identifying and delivering performance marketing requests and reports to drive excellence, working closely with our Performance Director to deliver cluster deliverables, and helping manage templatization for data requests to ensure requirements are met completely.
Key Responsibilities:- Review campaign structures and conduct deep dives to support regular audits and analytical deliverables on requirements at a Hub/Global/Market Level.
- Work closely with clients and the Performance Director to develop partnerships and implement Google/Meta/Other Betas/Extensions.
- Identify and deliver performance marketing requests and reports to drive excellence, working closely with the Performance Director.
- Deliver cluster deliverables and help manage templatization for data requests to ensure requirements are met completely.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of platforms and support the director in consolidating performance marketing insights/data from individual clusters.
- Experience managing global/regional client relationships at a global agency.
- Fully conversant with media and able to think across the whole media mix.
- Strong experience managing workflow and campaigns across a large global network.
- Strong understanding of key trends in the global media landscape.
- Confident interpreter of data and insight.
- Have gravitas and credibility to influence clients.
- Proven senior stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communicator – energetic, determined, and proactive.

Our estimated salary range for this role is £65,000 - £90,000 per year, depending on experience.
