Business Performance Lead Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Business Performance Lead to join our finance department at Camino Partners Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business performance improvement through financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Producing financial reports, including board packs and key management information
  • Creating month-end dashboards and performing margin analysis reviews
  • Identifying cost drivers and supporting overhead budgeting
  • Building strong relationships with Regional Heads and Business Managers
  • Developing new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and profitability

Requirements:

  • Graduate of finance/accounting related degree
  • Experience within a similar role
  • AAT qualified or actively studying towards professional qualification (ACCA / CIMA / ACA)
  • Intermediate excel knowledge
  • Good systems knowledge
  • Recruitment experience desirable

This role offers a competitive salary of £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
