The Ministry of Justice is seeking a Performance Lead to join its team in London.

As a key member of the organisation, you will be responsible for providing performance data that supports activities enhancing organisational effectiveness and enabling the organisation to monitor and improve performance.

The role involves leading PS performance management, supporting quality assurance, developing team and partnership working, planning and organising, communication, and using information to take critical decisions.

You will work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to share knowledge and good practice, inform innovation, and improve service delivery.

The successful candidate will have experience of executing organisational strategy, diversity and equality matters, stakeholder management, and quality systems.

They will also have technical skills in Microsoft software packages and hold an NVQ Level 4 or equivalent in a relevant subject.

The salary for this position is estimated to be £44,100 - £46,000 per annum, plus a London Weighting Allowance of £4,126.

The Ministry of Justice offers Hybrid Working arrangements where business need allows.
