Collegiate School, Bristol is seeking a skilled professional to serve as a key liaison between the school and its Alumni community. This role will play a vital part in fostering relationships with former pupils and building a strong network of support.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Alumni President and senior colleagues at the school, while also establishing and maintaining connections with various stakeholders. A successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to think strategically, and have a proven ability to build effective relationships.

We are looking for an individual who can bring energy and enthusiasm to this role, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities. In return, the successful applicant will enjoy a competitive salary of approximately £15,167 per annum, based on a pro-rata FTE of £30,200, as well as a range of benefits including 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays per year pro-rata, lunch during term time, free parking on site, and a defined contribution pension scheme.

The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds and age groups. They will also possess first-class administrative abilities, with experience in managing complex tasks and prioritizing multiple responsibilities. In addition to their technical skills, they should demonstrate a positive attitude, a commitment to excellence, and a passion for supporting the school's goals.

The working hours for this role are part-time, with 22.5 hours per week available over 38 weeks per year, normally encompassing term time with some flexibility. Regular evening meetings will be required, which may take place either in person or online on various Wednesday evenings throughout the year.
