About Us

As a Programme Coordinator, you will play a vital role in delivering our programmes, working closely with the Senior Coordinator and other teams to ensure a seamless learner journey

Key Responsibilities

Respond to enquiries from various platforms, ensuring prompt and courteous responses

Process programme applications, verifying completeness and eligibility

Notify applicants of application outcomes

Coordinate events, including interviews, face-to-face and online courses, and online briefings

Provide participants with event details and support throughout the programme

Update and format programme resources to adhere to company standards

Ensure successful applicants have access to necessary guidance, materials, and systems

Set up contracts and work schedules for associates and venues

Support the delivery workforce as needed

Track participant engagement and provide support to completion

Maintain participant management systems, including programme, cohort, and group allocations

Pre-empt withdrawals and deferrals, offering support and alternative provision

Work with colleagues to document and improve processes

About You

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and professional individual with excellent customer service skills and experience

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure

Highly competent in MS Office and Teams

Accurate and detail-oriented, with a high level of numeracy and literacy

Creative and innovative problem-solver
