About the Role

This Programme Coordinator role is crucial to delivering high-quality programmes. You'll provide excellent customer service, coordinate the learner journey, and offer support and coordination services.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to enquiries through various channels and ensure prompt, courteous, and efficient responses.
  • Process programme applications to ensure completeness and eligibility.
  • Notify applicants of application outcomes.
  • Book and manage events related to programme delivery and workforce training.
  • Inform participants of event details.
  • Update programme resources to adhere to company standards.
  • Ensure successful applicants have access to necessary guidance and learning materials.
  • Set up contracts and work schedules for associates and venues.
  • Support the delivery workforce as needed.
  • Track participant engagement and provide support until programme completion.
  • Maintain participant management systems.
  • Pre-empt withdrawals and deferrals, offering support and alternative provision.
  • Work with colleagues to document and improve processes.
  • Take ownership of and provide visibility into KPI progress.
  • Role model values, including collaboration, excellence, integrity, and continual learning.
About You

  • You'll be able to organise, plan, and prioritise time and tasks effectively.
  • You'll work well under pressure, dealing with issues as they arise.
  • You'll be highly competent in MS Office and Teams.
  • You'll demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail.
  • You'll be highly numerate and literate.
  • You'll be creative, innovative, and able to solve problems.
