Job Title: Programme Reporting Specialist

At TVS SCS, we are seeking a highly skilled Programme Reporting Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the Equipment team, you will be responsible for maintaining the single version of truth in programme reporting. This role is ideal for someone with a background in data competency and excellent interpersonal skills.

Main Responsibilities:
• Data Management on centralised programme document & change control log.
• Arrange & coordinate Monthly Reporting Schedule to produce client submission.
• Identify, investigate & communicate project delivery risks flagging in the reporting.
• Process baseline candidates to trigger commercial agreement of time / cost deliverables with client.
• Coordinate Change Control Process to commercially reset time / cost deliverables where externally driven.

Requirements:
• Strong background in data competency, including use of Microsoft Excel (V-lookups, Pivot tables, If functions, Data Validation, Conditional Formatting) and PowerPoint.
