Defect Reports and Management Specialist

About the Job:
We have an exciting opportunity available for a Defect Reports and Management Specialist to join our team in Bristol. As a key member of our FCAS programme, you will be responsible for identifying defect reports and management within our effects management segment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identifying which technologies to invest in and linking them to delivery programmes to identify collaboration opportunities
* Mapping Effect Management Segment technologies back into customer needs and opportunities
* Generating and refining concepts, including capability analysis and competitor product technical performance analysis
* Informing and creating links with Research and Technology activities
* Planning, supporting, and developing demos of related technologies
Requirements:
* Knowledge of the future operating environment
* Ability to work with multiple disciplinary functions supporting technology and concepting across MBDA Group
* Confidence to embrace uncertainty in early concept development to progress towards defining solutions and system concepts
* Adaptable and flexible to changing/emerging requirements
* Appreciation of weapons systems, platforms, and sub-systems
What We Offer:
* Up to £45,000 salary (circa, depending on experience)
* Up to £2,500 company bonus (based on company performance)
* Maximum total pension contribution of up to 14%
* Opportunity for paid overtime
* Up to 15 additional days of flexi leave
* Enhanced parental leave offering up to 26 weeks
